SETH MEYERS | $7 MILLION, GREENWICH VILLAGE

Before becoming the host of his program show, Seth Meyers was a long-time cast member of Saturday Night Live. He also hosted the show’s parody news segment, Weekend Update. Meyers was a vocal supporter of the industry, expressing his support during the Writer’s Guild picket from 2007 to 2008. He recognized that people were watching TV differently now. To some degree, that is one reason why he opted for his show, Late Night with Seth Meyers.

In 2013, Meyers became the proud owner of a Greenwich Village duplex that belonged to Mary-Louise Parker. She sold it for $7.45 million to a buyer, who two years after wanted to unload it for $9. The flip attempt failed, but Meyers benefitted as he got it for even less than what the buyer bought it for. He paid a handsome $7 million for the 10-room duplex, along with its five bedrooms and, guess what, 32 windows.
